Welcome to the services provided by Amin Enterprises Development Inc, doing business as Three Stripes (“Three Stripes”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service ("ToS") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Three Stripes, concerning your access to and use of the www.threestripesdev.com as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Service”).

3. A2P Messaging Compliance

You consent to receive automated Application-to-Person (A2P) messages from Three Stripes, subject to your explicit opt-in. These messages are intended for purposes including but not limited to service notifications, transactional messages, and marketing communications if consent is provided.

‍Opt-Out Mechanism: You may opt-out of receiving A2P messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the provided number in our messages. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive A2P messages from us.

‍Message Frequency: The frequency of messages may vary. You will be informed about the expected frequency of messages in your opt-in confirmation.

‍Cost Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or received from us. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier, and you are responsible for any associated costs.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are owned by Three Stripes, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These ToS grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service. This license is solely for the purpose of enabling you to use the Service as provided by Three Stripes, in the manner permitted by these ToS. No rights are granted to you in terms of any intellectual property owned by Three Stripes or its licensors except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these ToS.

     • Use the Service in any unlawful manner or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
    • Use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service.
    • Upload, transmit, or distribute any virus, worm, spyware, malware, or other harmful code or content.
     • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or impair any aspect of the Service or its related systems or networks.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the ToS.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. In no case shall Three Stripes, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Three Stripes and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these ToS or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

9. Governing Law

These ToS and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario / Canada.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of the ToS at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these ToS by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these ToS constitutes acceptance of those changes.
